Gratitude Journaling - Introductory Prompts

Below are ten prompts you can use this week to fill that big blank page staring back at you. If, once you have filled in the prompt and wish to continue writing, please do so. Keep in mind what we said in our newsletter. Journaling is a learned activity so take your time and be gentle on yourself and your new friend.
